Account management
Every order is owned by a single account manager who handles brief, quote, mock-ups, production schedule and delivery. Our Italy team works in English, Italian and Russian — so you can brief us in whichever language your buyer prefers.
Production & design
In-house designers prepare print-ready files from your brand book, then our production coordinators run colour proofs, pre-production samples and on-site QC. Print partners are vetted on Heidelberg, Roland and Brother DTF lines — we pick the right press for each run, not the cheapest.
Local presence in Italy
The Milano team handles client meetings, samples and last-mile coordination. We can join a call, drop a sample at your office, or hand-deliver a press-ready proof within Italy the same day.

What languages do you work in?
