Report library
We publish a combined financial and ESG report each year. The report covers turnover, headcount, on-time delivery rate, complaint rate, rPET / recycled-cotton share, freight emissions and energy mix at print partners. PDFs are available below — links are placeholders until the 2025 report is finalised in March 2026.
What the report contains
Each report is split into four parts: (1) financial summary at group level, (2) operational KPIs by country including Italy, (3) sustainability metrics with year-on-year comparisons, (4) governance and risk. All figures are validated by an external bookkeeper before publication.
Italy country pages
Italy-specific KPIs — turnover, order volume, IVA 22% collected, freight emissions intra-EU — are broken out as an appendix in each year's report so Italy procurement teams can use them directly in tenders.

Are the reports audited?
They are externally bookkept and reviewed; a full statutory audit applies to the group entity.
Can I get figures broken out by sector?
Yes — sector splits (IT, retail, HoReCa, finance) are available on request.
Do you have a sustainability policy?
Yes — the policy is the opening section of each annual report.
