Every pack is a starting configuration, not a fixed one. Contents can be swapped, quantities scaled per attendee, and the whole thing priced as one line, which is what makes it comparable against a quote assembled item by item.

Packs are quoted against the same four volume bands as any other order: starter from 50 to 249 pieces, standard from 250 to 999, enterprise from 1,000 to 4,999 and corporate from 5,000 and above. A 400 person conference and a 4,000 person summit fall into different bands and are priced accordingly.
