Invoicing & legal
Italy invoices are issued with IVA 22% and submitted to SdI (Sistema di Interscambio). We are happy to share our VAT number, registry extract and ESG policy on request — write to [email protected].

Can I visit the office?
Yes — please email ahead so we can prepare samples and book a meeting room in Milano.
Do you accept POs?
Yes — we accept POs from registered businesses. Payment terms are negotiated on volume.
What about e-invoicing?
All Italy invoices flow through SdI (Sistema di Interscambio). We can also issue PDFs and ZUGFeRD where required.
Who handles complaints?
Quality complaints go to [email protected]. We acknowledge within 24h and resolve within 5 business days.
