Same-day in Milano — how does it work?
Orders ready by 11:00 from our Milano hub are delivered the same afternoon within the tangenziali. We dispatch by van for ≥3 pallets and by city courier for smaller loads.
Next-day for the rest of Italy?
Yes, BRT and GLS provide 24-hour service to most provincial capitals. Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia are 48–72h. Quote includes one delivery attempt and re-delivery on no-show.
Can you split a shipment across multiple stores?
Yes. Multi-location splits across HQs, branches and store networks are quoted at a flat per-drop fee. We pre-pack and label each carton with the destination, sometimes with the receiver name printed on the polybag.
What about EU-wide delivery?
Single Market — no customs declaration, no duties, only the reverse-charge IVA entry on the SdI invoice. Standard 2–4 working days to most EU capitals via DHL / DPD / UPS.
Non-EU delivery (Switzerland, UK, MENA)?
We issue CMR consignment notes, commercial invoice and EUR.1 certificate of origin where preferential treatment applies. We can ship DAP or DDP — most clients choose DAP and let their forwarder handle customs.
Direct stand drop at trade fairs?
Yes — Fiera Milano Rho, MiCo congress centre, Rimini Fiera, Bologna Fiere and Lingotto Torino. We coordinate with the exhibitor pass-holder and the fiera logistics desk, deliver to the stand on set-up day.
What is included in delivery cost?
One pallet to one address inside Italy is included on orders above 1,500 EUR ex-IVA. Below that, palletised delivery is 35–75 EUR depending on region.
Insurance on shipments?
Up to 1,000 EUR of cargo cover is included with courier service. Above that we top up to declared value at standard insurer rates (around 0.3% of declared value).
Italy-specific notes
Intra-EU shipments stay inside the Single Market with no customs, only the IVA reverse-charge entry on the SdI e-invoice issued to your codice destinatario. Non-EU shipments need a CMR, commercial invoice and EUR.1 origin certificate for preferential tariffs. Payment for the consignment follows the same SEPA / 50–50 / Net 30 logic as the main invoice.
