How long does the design phase take?

5–10 working days from brief to signed-off proof for standard items; 10–20 working days for custom-tooled items (custom moulds, custom dies, custom fabrics).

Do you charge for the design work?

Digital mock-up: free. Dieline / artwork preparation: free above MOQ 100. Custom illustration or 3D rendering: quoted per project, deducted from bulk order on confirmation.

Who owns the final design IP?

You do. The contract assigns all artwork IP to your brand on payment, including any illustration or layout we produce specifically for the job.

Do you sign NDAs before the brief?

Yes — mutual NDAs signed before any artwork is shared. We work under brand-bible NDAs for many regulated industries (pharma, finance, defence).

Can you work directly from our brand-book?

Yes — share your brand-book PDF, font files, logo vector pack and color guide. We map your tokens onto the production substrate (Pantone, TPX, RAL) at the first proof.

How many revisions are included?

Three revision rounds on digital mock-up included in the quote; additional rounds at a small flat fee per round so the schedule does not slip.

Do you produce dielines and templates?

Yes — we provide press-ready dieline and 3D rendering for every custom shape (boxes, labels, badges, mugs) so the brand team can validate before bulk.

Can you accept supplier-side art from our agency?

Yes — your agency can upload vector AI / PDF / SVG with embedded fonts, color profiles (Pantone Solid Coated) and bleed. We pre-flight and flag any issues in under 24 h.
