Per-unit EUR pricing depends on MOQ tier and product class. Standard apparel and drinkware sits at 8–15 EUR/unit for 50 pcs, 6–12 EUR/unit for 100 pcs, 5–10 EUR/unit for 250 pcs and 4–8 EUR/unit at 500+ pcs. Samples cost 35–80 EUR, rush production adds +35%. Quotes are issued in EUR, net of IVA 22%, with one-screen / one-position print included.
Detailed FAQ — pricing
What is included in the per-unit price?
Blank stock, one print position (one colour for screen / pad, full colour for DTF / UV / sublimation), standard polybag packing, basic QC and palletisation for delivery within Italy. Setup is amortised into the per-unit rate above 100 pcs.
How much does a sample cost?
Plain blank samples are 35–50 EUR/unit + courier. Printed pre-production samples (PPS) on the actual blank with your artwork are 50–80 EUR/unit and are credited against the final invoice once the bulk order is confirmed.
What is the rush surcharge?
+35% on the production line for 3–5 working-day turnaround instead of the standard 5–8 working days. Strike-offs and design proofing remain at standard timing.
Is IVA included?
No. All quotes are net of IVA 22%. We invoice through the Sistema di Interscambio (SdI) of Agenzia delle Entrate, so the IVA line appears on the e-invoice you receive into your codice destinatario / PEC.
Do you offer volume discounts beyond 500 pcs?
Yes. From 1,000 pcs we move from MOQ-tier pricing to project pricing — we re-quote the BOM, often switching to direct mill sourcing on apparel and bulk import on hard goods. Expect another 10–20% improvement.
Are second print positions extra?
Yes. Each additional print position is +0.40–1.20 EUR/unit depending on technique. Wrap-around full-colour sublimation on drinkware is priced as one combined position.
What payment terms do prices assume?
Quoted EUR prices assume the standard 50% deposit + 50% on delivery. Net 30 / Net 45 terms for recurring clients are available without surcharge once a credit line is approved.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Artwork prep up to 30 minutes, one round of digital proofing, and palletised delivery to one Italian address are already in the quote. Couriers to multiple addresses or to non-EU destinations are itemised separately and shown upfront.
Italy-specific notes
All invoices in Italy are issued electronically through the SdI (Sistema di Interscambio) operated by Agenzia delle Entrate, with IVA 22% applied to B2B sales unless your VAT ID is non-Italian EU (in which case reverse-charge applies). Payment terms for recurring corporate clients typically run at 30 or 45 days end-of-month; new clients work on 50% deposit + 50% on delivery via SEPA bank transfer or card. We deliver our SdI XML to your codice destinatario or PEC mailbox.
