Overview
Quality control is more than a final-line spot check. We define six inspection checkpoints — pre-production sample, first-off-line, mid-run, AQL final, packaging audit and pre-ship photo report — with pass/fail criteria for Pantone deltaE, embroidery density, stitch count, decoration adhesion, and packaging integrity.
Process
Each checkpoint produces a signed report uploaded to your account. AQL 2.5 is default on bulk; tighter AQL 1.5 available on executive gifting. Reject criteria are agreed in writing at sample approval so there is no dispute at delivery.
