Legal terms, privacy and data processing for Italy
The documents that govern a business relationship with us, and the data we hold when you send a brief.
Five documents govern the relationship. The terms of service cover the contract for the supply of merchandise, the acceptance of artwork, the point at which risk passes on delivery and what happens if a programme is cancelled after production has started. The privacy policy covers the personal data we hold and why we hold it.
The cookie policy lists what is set on this site, what each one does and how long it stays. There is a short list. The data processing agreement is the document that matters most when a buyer's legal team is involved, because it sets out what we may do with the recipient data a welcome programme sends us.
The Impressum is the legal notice this site is required to carry, naming the operator and the contact point. The pages here are the current versions and carry their effective dates. Where a signed contract term differs from these summaries, the signed contract governs.
