Specs and finishes
Aerospace-grade 6061/7075 anodised aluminium (Type II / Type III hard-coat). Anodisation electrochemically grows oxide layer 5-25 microns thick — colour is sealed inside the metal, not painted on. Standard colours: silver, black, gold, rose-gold, blue, red, green, purple in matte or gloss finish. Custom anodisation possible at 1000+ MOQ for brand-pantone matching.
Branding options and MOQ
Laser engraving on anodised surface (premium permanent, reveals raw aluminium under the anodised layer, MOQ 50). CNC-machined relief logo (MOQ 250) for premium 3D-effect branding. UV-print full colour CMYK (MOQ 100) for multi-colour logos on flat surfaces. Pad-print 1-2 spot colours (MOQ 250) for cost-sensitive bulk orders.
