Composite of 20-40% used coffee grounds (UCG) sourced from cafe and roastery waste streams + PLA bioplastic from corn starch or sugarcane. Injection-mouldable for cups, lids, pens, key fobs, and stationery. Distinctive speckled brown finish, faint coffee scent, food-safe (EU 10/2011) for cold/warm beverages. Industrially compostable per EN 13432.
Branding and MOQ
Pad print 1-2 colours (MOQ 500), laser engraving (MOQ 250 — gives a darker mark on the brown body), debossing (MOQ 500). Typical SKUs: reusable coffee cups 350/450ml, lids, pens, key fobs, stationery accessories. Lead 12-18 working days due to specialised material handling. Excellent for cafe loyalty kits and sustainability-focused launches.
