Specs and finishes
rPET yarn is mechanically recycled from sorted post-consumer PET bottles (typically 8-12 bottles per t-shirt, 25-40 per backpack). GRS or RCS certification confirms recycled content (typically 50-100%) and chain-of-custody. Performance matches virgin polyester for tensile strength, colour-fastness and abrasion resistance. Saves ~59% CO2 and ~70% water vs virgin polyester.
Branding and MOQ
Screen print (MOQ 250), embroidery (MOQ 100), sublimation full-colour (MOQ 100, polyester-only), heat-transfer (MOQ 50). Typical SKUs: backpacks, tote bags, jackets, fleece, sports tees, lanyards.
