How we run Quality control and inspection programmes
Inspection workflow: factory self-inspection report (mandatory before our PSI), our QC team on site within 48 hours, sampling per AQL 2.5 ISO 2859-1 single sampling normal level II. Defect categorisation: critical (zero tolerance), major (AQL 2.5), minor (AQL 4.0). Inspection report includes Pantone delta-E measurement, dimension verification, packaging integrity, labelling check, function test where applicable.
