Two years of the business in numbers
Two annual summaries. What was made, where it was made, and what we got better and worse at.
Two years are covered here. The 2025 review records what was produced, which districts the production came from, the certifications collected during the year and the figures that matter to a buyer rather than to a shareholder: on-time delivery, sample approval rates and the number of programmes that changed scope after the order was placed.
The 2024 review is kept because it is the baseline. Reading the two together shows which numbers moved because the business grew and which moved because the way of working changed.
Both are written to be read by a buyer who wants to know how reliable we are, not by an investor. Where a figure is unflattering it is printed with the same prominence as the rest.
Two years
The annual summaries, each with the figures, the sources and the note on what changed since.
