Distribution and logistics
Sent to employee home address in unbranded outer mailer (privacy-first). Inner packaging is warm and personal. Optional: courier hand-delivery with signature. We coordinate with HR for departure dates and avoid same-day delivery as termination notice. Localised mental-health resources for each country in scope.
