Five city guides for running an event across Italy
Milan for a congress, Rome for a summit, Naples for a launch. What changes for the merchandise when the programme moves city.
A programme that works in one Italian city rarely transfers unchanged to another. Milan rewards planning in tight blocks and punishes a naive loading schedule. Rome has ZTL zones that decide where a van can actually stop. Florence has historic palaces whose loading windows belong to the building rather than to the courier.
The five guides cover the business side of each city: the venues that host the size of event you are running, the hotels that take coach groups, the airport connections and the production clusters within an hour of the city, which matter when a rush order has to happen during event week.
All delivery for these events leaves our Milan hub by BRT, SDA, GLS or DHL Express Italy. Orders above 1,000 pieces get appointment delivery with phone notice, and where the venue asks for it we send staff to set up on site.
Five cities
One guide per city, written for the size of event each one hosts. The delivery window, the venue and the nearby production clusters differ in every case.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which city guide should we read first?
Read the one for the city you have already chosen. The guides are meant to be used in that order, not as a ranking.
Do you deliver to the venue or to a hotel?
Either, with appointment delivery above 1,000 pieces and on-site set-up where the venue requires it.
Can you handle ZTL restrictions?
Yes, we work with partners used to historic city centre loading windows in Rome, Florence, Venice and Naples.
Send the city and the date
Give us the city, the venue if you have one, the number of attendees and the date. We reply with the logistics for that city and a delivered cost.
