Standard widths 10 mm (slim), 15 mm (most popular), 20 mm and 25 mm (premium high-visibility). Standard length 90 cm with safety break-away clip (mandatory for child-facing and EU H&S-regulated events). Hardware options include J-hook, swivel-clip, badge-reel retractable, thumb-trigger clip, mobile-phone loop and double-end hooks for two-badge events.
Decoration methods and specs
Dye-sublimation full-colour is the dominant method — photographic quality, both-sides print included, no MOQ penalty per colour, perfect for complex logos and event-specific artwork. Silk-screen 1-2 spot colours for cost-efficient bulk runs. Woven-thread integration for premium tier — logo and text woven into the lanyard itself, no print at all. Pantone-matched, Delta-E ≤ 2.5. Badge-holder accessories included: PVC, recycled-PET, ECO-cardboard, rigid-clear, vertical or horizontal. Strike-off sample 30-60 EUR.
