When flexible MOQ helps
Flexible MOQ (we accept 25-50 pieces per artwork, sometimes 1 piece via DTF) is right for pilots, founder gifts, internal alpha runs, and brands that want to test demand before committing volume. Unit cost is 20-40% higher because setup amortises across fewer pieces. Strike-off is required; lead time is the same as standard.
When fixed MOQ wins
Fixed MOQ (500/1000/2500 pcs committed up front) unlocks tier pricing, dedicated machine slots, longer-lead premium materials and the lowest unit cost. Best for annual contracts, retail launches, conference circuits where 12-month volume is forecast. Deposit funds materials; production scheduled 4-12 weeks out.

EUR pricing excluding VAT 22%. E-invoices via SdI. SEPA or card via Stripe. MOQ depends on item tier. Standard lead 5-8 working days, rush production +35% delivers in 3-5 days. Milano production hub serves the whole country.
