Accessibility statement

Accessibility of corp-merch.it for Italy visitors — conformance, known limitations, contact for feedback.

Conformance and standards

This website targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance and the EN 301 549 harmonised standard, which transposes the WCAG into EU procurement and product law. We design with keyboard navigation, semantic HTML, ARIA where appropriate, sufficient colour contrast (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text), visible focus indicators and screen-reader compatibility. Forms use explicit labels; errors are announced; videos and audio elements include captions where present.

Known limitations

Some legacy PDF resources may not be fully tagged for screen readers; we are progressively re-mastering or replacing them with HTML. Embedded third-party tools (e.g., a CRM-driven quote builder) may have partial conformance; equivalent text-only or phone-based alternatives are offered for those flows. Auto-playing carousels are not used; animations respect prefers-reduced-motion. If you find a barrier, please contact us — see below.

European Accessibility Act and feedback

The European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) applies from 28 June 2025 to many B2C e-commerce services. Our service is B2B and outside the formal personal scope, but we apply equivalent standards voluntarily. The national enforcement body in Italy oversees public-sector and consumer-facing services; accessibility complaints can be addressed to that body. Send feedback to [email protected] and we respond within 5 business days.

FAQ

Yes — periodically with screen-reader users; we also use axe-core and Wave in CI for automated checks on every release.

What if I'm not satisfied with the response?

You can escalate to the national accessibility enforcement body in Italy.
