Four training courses for people who now own a merch budget
Short practical sessions for teams who have inherited a merchandise budget and need the vocabulary to brief a supplier.
Four courses are available here, each aimed at a different job. The procurement course is for the person who has to sign the purchase order and explain to a supplier why the quotation is wrong. The strategy masterclass is for the person who owns the programme and has to justify it.
The Pantone workshop spends its time on colour, which is where money is usually lost: a colour that looks right on screen and wrong on dyed cotton, a proof approved under one light and delivered under another. The sustainability fundamentals course covers what a certification actually proves and where a recycled content claim stops being defensible.
Sessions run for teams in Italian, English or Russian, on site in Milan or remotely. A cohort of about a dozen is the usual size, because the exercises work better when the buyers in the room bring their own live programme.
Four courses
Each course is a half or full day, delivered on site in Milan or remotely, in Italian, English or Russian.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this training or a sales pitch?
Training. No order is taken during a session, and the material is the same whether or not anyone buys afterwards.
Can the course be run for one company only?
Yes, and it is built around that company's own programme so the exercises use real artwork and real quantities.
Do you run it in Italian, English or Russian?
All three, either on site in Milan or remotely, with the materials in the language of the room.
