What you'll learn
Module 1 — Procurement vs purchasing (definitions, P2P cycle, 3-way match). Module 2 — Building an RFQ (specs, MOQ, target lead time, evaluation grid). Module 3 — Supplier qualification (financial, quality, ESG — ISO 9001, ISO 14001). Module 4 — Contracts and SLAs. Module 5 — IVA 22% mechanics and reverse-charge in Italy. Module 6 — SdI invoicing flow and reconciliation. Quizzes per module; final exam 30 questions.

New procurement hires, marketing and HR people who buy merch ad-hoc, finance team members who need context for AP work, founders setting up their first procurement function. No prior experience needed. English with it captions on every video.
Format & certificate
Video lessons (5–15 min each), downloadable templates (RFQ, contract checklist, IVA reconciliation), interactive quizzes. Pass the final exam (75%+) for a personal certificate in PDF — countersigned by the Corp-Merch Milano academy lead. Add to LinkedIn or your training file.

Is the course really free?
Yes — fully free, no credit card. We open-source the curriculum because educated buyers are better customers (and we want to invest in the procurement profession in Italy).
How long does it take?
~4 hours of video + 1–2 hours for templates and quizzes. Most learners finish in 2–3 sittings over a week.
Is the certificate accredited?
It's a Corp-Merch Academy certificate — not formally accredited by a CIPS-equivalent body, but recognised by the 200+ companies that use Corp-Merch in Italy. Suitable for CV / annual training records.
