Nineteen client programmes, written up from the inside
Real programmes with the numbers attached, including the ones where the brief moved after the first sample.
Nineteen programmes are written up here in enough detail to be useful: the audience, the quantity, the product, the reason for the deadline and what changed once the work was under way. They cover a biotech research lab, a maritime crew, a museum shop, a private school and a mid-market software company, among others.
The stories are deliberately unpolished. A programme that ran late, a sample that had to be re-cut, a stakeholder who changed the logo twice in a fortnight. Those are the parts a buyer wants to see, because they are the parts that decide whether a supplier can carry a difficult date.
Every programme described here was produced through the Milan hub and delivered in Italy, invoiced with 22% VAT through SdI. Where a client asked for sustainability data, the figures were captured per purchase order under ESRS E1, E5 and S2.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are these case studies or references we can call?
They are written descriptions. References can be arranged on request for the sectors where we can name a client.
Why do some of them describe problems?
Because the problems are exactly what a buyer is checking for when reading a supplier's own cases.
Can we see the numbers behind one of them?
Yes, on a call, for the programmes that are ours to discuss.
