Eighteen integrations with the systems you already run
How orders and paperwork connect to the systems that already hold your supplier and customer records.
Eighteen integrations are documented here. The larger platforms have their own page, covering what data moves in which direction and what has to be configured on your side. The shorter pages cover specific links that come up often: an HR platform that triggers a welcome kit, a procurement platform that receives a purchase order, a warehouse system that needs a delivery note per box.
Italian invoicing has its own section. Three systems are in play: the Sistema di Interscambio, the single electronic invoice channel of the Italian tax authority; the certified email address the same channel accepts; and the ordinary electronic invoice format. Which one applies depends on whether the buyer is a resident company, a non-resident or a public body, and that choice is worth getting right before the first invoice rather than after.
The integrations we run most often are the least technical. A weekly order feed into a CRM, a stock position that comes back from an ERP, a dispatch note attached automatically. Where a real integration would cost more than it returns, we say so and write the manual procedure instead.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need a technical team to set this up?
Most of these run as a feed or a scheduled export that your administrator configures once.
What is the difference between SdI and certified email?
SdI is the direct channel to the tax authority and certified email is the alternative route into the same system. The choice is usually prescribed by the buyer's accountant.
Can you work with a system that is not listed here?
Yes. Send the API or export format and we will tell you what is possible and what it would take.
Tell us what has to connect
Name the system, what should move between it and us and how often. We reply with the approach, the effort on your side and what it costs.
