Cycle counts and reconciliation
We run quarterly cycle counts at Milano hub. Variance reports auto-shared to your inventory platform. Goods receipt notes for every replenishment PO match our packing list.
Italy — local stock and IVA 22%
Inventory held in Italy is your bonded or unbonded depending on customs setup. IVA 22%-correct transfer documents generated for each movement. SdI (Sistema di Interscambio) flow handles internal transfers between hub and your warehouse when applicable.

Yes — bonded inventory option keeps your stock physically and logically segregated.
FIFO vs LIFO?
FIFO by default (better for textiles and printed items where shelf life matters). LIFO available where you need it.
Stocktake variance threshold?
Tolerance set by you per SKU/category. Beyond tolerance triggers investigation, root cause and CAPA.
EDI alternatives?
Yes — full EDIFACT/X12 if your inventory platform doesn't have native API. Slower than API but works.
