Architecture — Magento as the storefront
Connect your Magento store to Corp-Merch with the official app, scoped to read products and write orders. New orders in Magento are mirrored to our fulfillment pipeline; shipments and tracking flow back. The SKU map is maintained in the dashboard with per-variant overrides so packs and bundles in Italy reconcile cleanly. VAT 22% is computed server-side using Magento tax classes and SdI mapping, with the gross/net split visible before each push.
How to wire it up — Webhooks and the Magento Admin API
Install the Corp-Merch app from the Magento store, then authorise the scopes: read_products, read_orders, write_orders, write_fulfillments. We subscribe to orders/create, orders/paid and orders/cancelled. Outbound webhooks from Corp-Merch (order.shipped, return.received, invoice.issued) post back to your endpoint or directly to the order timeline as notes — including the SdI invoice id so AP in Italy can reconcile.
Operations and edge cases — Refunds, returns, custom items
Custom items (made-to-order merch) skip the Magento inventory engine and go straight to our production queue; tracking back-references the original Magento order. Refunds and returns are mirrored both ways so finance sees one source of truth. Idempotency keys derived from Magento order ids prevent duplicates across retries. VAT 22% adjustments on partial refunds are recomputed and re-issued via SdI.

Any paid plan that supports custom apps. Enterprise plans get sandbox + production environments and SSO.
Can we keep Magento as the source of truth for orders?
Yes — Corp-Merch is the fulfillment side. Orders, customers and addresses stay in Magento; we only push status and tracking back.
How are taxes handled?
VAT 22% is computed against Magento tax classes; invoices are issued via SdI after fulfillment.
Do you support multi-currency?
Yes — Corp-Merch follows Magento's presentment currency; settlement is EUR for Italy.
