Essential cookies (session, CSRF, language, cart) are loaded without consent because they are strictly necessary under ePrivacy Article 5(3). Analytics cookies (page views, scroll depth, performance) are loaded only after opt-in. Marketing cookies (retargeting, attribution) load only if you accept the marketing category. We do not use third-party social-media widgets that set cookies on first load.
Consent, lifetime and how to revoke
On first visit the banner offers Accept all, Reject all and Customize. Your choice is stored for 12 months in a first-party cookie named cm_consent. You can change preferences at any time by clicking Cookie settings in the footer. Revoking consent stops new cookies being set; pre-existing cookies are deleted on next page load.
Local enforcement
In Italy cookie consent is enforced by the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italian DPA) under the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC as implemented locally, together with Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018, transposing the GDPR. Pre-ticked boxes, cookie walls and dark patterns are prohibited; we follow the EDPB guidelines 03/2022 on deceptive design.
FAQ
Why does the banner ask each time on incognito?
Private-browsing modes clear the consent cookie when the session ends, so the banner reappears. This is browser behaviour, not a tracking design.
Can I use the site if I reject all?
Yes. Only essential cookies load and the site is fully functional. Some personalised features (saved address, last-viewed products) require at least preference cookies.
Do you sell my data to advertisers?
No. We never sell personal data. Marketing cookies are used only to measure our own campaign attribution.
How long do marketing cookies last?
Maximum 13 months as recommended by the EDPB, then they expire and require fresh consent.
