How list prices work in Italy
Public prices on the catalog are excl-IVA, in EUR (PLN also for Poland). Apply 22% for total IVA-inclusive. Volume tiers: 50–249 units (base), 250–999 (-5%), 1000–4999 (-10%), 5000+ (custom). Framework agreement customers see negotiated rates that override list (visible in the API ?include=contract_pricing). All prices include 1-colour print or 1-position embroidery up to 8k stitches; extras priced from the addon menu.
IVA 22% mechanics
IVA 22% applied on Italy domestic invoices. Valid EU VAT IDs (VIES OK) get reverse-charge — no IVA on the invoice but you self-account on your return. Non-EU buyers (Italy B2B abroad): zero-rated export. Invoice always issued via SdI for Italy — XML + PDF retained 10 years. Credit notes follow the same path with negative amounts.
Late-stage changes
Common late changes and their pricing impact: size run swap (free if before in_production state), Pantone shift (free if same dye lot; +5% if requires new dye lot), quantity increase (no surcharge if before lock; +rush fee if production already started), branding rework (printer's plates re-charged: ~EUR 80 per plate). All quoted upfront before we proceed.

Can I see prices before sign-up?
Yes — full catalog visible to logged-in trial users (free, no card). Without account, indicative pricing on category landing pages but not per-SKU.
Why does pricing vary by country?
Labour rates, shipping zones, IVA 22% differ. Pricing for Italy reflects Milano hub costs and local last-mile. Cross-border in EU OK if you prefer to invoice from another hub — ask.
How long is a quote valid?
30 days for standard SKUs; 14 days for trend Pantones (dye-house prices move). Quotes locked once a PO is issued or accepted via API.
Annual rebates?
Framework customers earn quarterly rebates at EUR 25k / 75k / 150k spend tiers. Paid via credit note on the next month's invoice.
What about FX risk?
Prices in EUR; we hedge our supplier exposure quarterly. PLN customers (Poland) can invoice in PLN at the locked-in monthly rate or EUR — your choice. Switching cost: zero.
