Methodology
Reports combine public data, anonymised order data from our own pipeline (50,000+ units annually), and a survey of 200+ corporate procurement teams across the EU. Methodology and raw aggregates are available on request to journalists and academics.
Italy data
Italy-specific data — average MOQ, freight costs, IVA 22% handling for cross-border events — is broken out as a country chapter in the B2B Merch Buyer Benchmark each year.

How often do you publish?
