The Corp-Merch.IT annual reports document economic performance, organisation, governance and social and environmental impact. We publish: the financial statements (filed with the Milan Companies Register), the sustainability report prepared according to GRI standards and consistent with ESRS (CSRD transposed in Italy by D.Lgs. 125/2024), the environmental impact report (Scope 1, 2 and 3 per GHG Protocol), and the people report (training, welfare, benefits, inclusion). Reports are available in Italian and English, on request, and are also accessible in PDF format.

No. Corp-Merch.IT is an independent B2B supplier of branded merchandise and corporate gifts. We operate as a manufacturer and technical intermediary on behalf of the buyer, working to the buyer's brief, brand book and target audience. What are typical delivery lead times?
Deliveries depart from our Milan hub (BRT, SDA, GLS, DHL Express Italy) within 24-48 hours for most Italian postal codes. For programmes above 1,000 pieces we offer appointment delivery with phone pre-notice.
How is electronic invoicing handled?
All B2B orders in Italy are invoiced with 22% VAT via SdI (the Italian Revenue Agency Sistema di Interscambio), delivered to the buyer's codice destinatario or PEC address.

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 on textiles, GOTS on organic cotton, GRS on recycled polyester, FSC on paper and packaging, EU Ecolabel, Made in Italy per D.Lgs. 135/2009, REACH SVHC declaration.
