Nine pages on how we are governed
The rules we operate under, and the documents you can check.
Nine pages set out how the company is governed and how a buyer can check it. The supplier vetting process page describes how a producer is qualified before it is used, what is inspected and what evidence is collected. The certifications page lists what the company holds and who issued each one.
The data protection and security certification pages cover what happens to the recipient lists a welcome programme sends us, who can see them, how long they are kept and the security certifications that sit behind the answer. The transparency report records the numbers for the year rather than describing the intention.
The code of conduct, the ethical business practices page and the whistleblower policy describe the standards that apply to our own people and to the producers we use. A buyer without a supplier code can adopt the one on the ethics page, which is written to be attached to a purchase order.
