ISO 9001 — quality management
Our Milano hub and all production partners are ISO 9001:2015 certified. This means every order follows a documented quality management process: artwork verification, sample approval, in-process inspection, final QC, packing inspection. Audit trail accessible to your procurement team.
Textile certifications — GOTS, OEKO-TEX, GRS
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) for organic cotton garments — full chain-of-custody from field to label. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 covers all textiles for harmful-substance content — every textile SKU is OEKO-TEX certified. GRS (Global Recycled Standard) covers rPET, recycled cotton, recycled wool — traces post-consumer content through production.
Forestry, paper and wood — FSC
FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Chain of Custody covers all paper notebooks, wooden gift boxes, bamboo items, cork accessories. FSC certificate number printed on the product or packaging — verifiable in the FSC database.
Italy — supplier audit and certificate verification
IVA 22% via SdI (Sistema di Interscambio). Before any supplier is added to our catalogue we verify certificate validity in the issuing body's public database (Control Union for GOTS, OEKO-TEX TestEx, FSC.org). Certificates are re-verified annually. Every PO from Milano hub includes valid certificates for the specific batch.

Difference between Standard 100 and Made in Green?
Standard 100 = harmful substances. Made in Green = Standard 100 plus social/environmental factory criteria. We use both depending on customer requirement.
ISO 14001?
Milano hub holds ISO 14001 (environmental management). Production partners selectively — verify per supplier.
SA8000?
SA8000 (social accountability) is available for premium suppliers — list shared on request.
