Annual transparency report — what we publish
Every year we publish supplier list, audit results, incident log and corrective actions — for Italy.
Supplier list and certificates
All Tier-1 production partners and key Tier-2 suppliers are listed by name, address and active certifications. The list is updated quarterly and signed by our compliance officer.
Audit results — passed, failed, remediated
We publish how many audits we conducted, how many findings were issued by severity (critical / major / minor), how many were closed within 90 days and which suppliers were delisted.
Incident log — what went wrong
Production defects, late shipments, customs holds, data incidents — all logged with root cause and corrective action. No marketing varnish — actual numbers.
Italy hub — Milano numbers
Milano hub specifics: IVA 22% via SdI (Sistema di Interscambio), average lead time, on-time delivery rate, first-pass yield, customer complaint rate. All four metrics published quarterly.
FAQ
How often is the report published?
Annually, around March, covering the previous calendar year. Quarterly updates for hub metrics.
Are supplier names redacted?
No — Tier-1 suppliers are named. Tier-2 suppliers are named with customer consent for the specific PO scope.
How do we verify the numbers?
Audit results signed by third-party auditor. Hub metrics verifiable via your customer dashboard.
Can we get raw data?
Framework agreement customers receive raw audit data on request, under NDA.
Is this required by regulation?
Voluntary today — but CSRD/EUDR are pushing this towards mandatory for many sectors. We publish ahead of the curve.
