Scheduled
For affiliate programmes, networks and Italy-based attending teams that need branded apparel, stand giveaways, qualified-lead gifts and VIP kits delivered on their stand at the TES Affiliate Conference in Seville on 8-11 March 2027.
The TES Affiliate Conference is the European meeting point for affiliate marketing and each year gathers EU programmes and international programmes in a different European city. The 2027 edition is hosted in Seville, in a calendar slot that precedes the spring restart of commercial programmes and that lets teams based in southern Europe plan ahead for the year. The event's established format includes two days of conference and workshops followed by two days of expo floor and one-to-one working tables, with a speaker programme built around compliance, payments, attribution and the growth of pan-European networks.
For teams exhibiting with a stand in Seville, merch planning is tied to cross-border logistics: goods leave the Italian hub, cross France and reach Andalusia with transit times and costs that depend on the chosen leg. For Italian programmes moving by bus or train + courier it is often useful to plan a fallback in town - a hotel near the venue or a local office - to handle top-up refills across the four days. Coordinating artwork, packaging, per-recipient quantities and the venue receiving contact is what separates merch that arrives on day one from material stranded in a courier warehouse.
Corp-Merch.IT works the Seville stop like it works the other TES dates: production run from the Italian hub, deliveries consolidated in 24-48 hour windows to southern Spain via BRT, SDA, GLS, DHL Express or UPS, and full documentation (packing list, EUR invoice, origin declaration, EUR.1 certificate where applicable for intra-EU flows). For Italian clients with a VAT registration the invoice is issued through the Italian Revenue Agency's Sistema di Interscambio (SdI) with 22% IVA applied in EUR; reverse charge applies for intra-EU buyers (verified via VIES), split payment for public entities, and Codice Destinatario or PEC for electronic delivery. International clients can settle in USD, GBP or CHF at the invoice-day exchange rate.
Branded organic-cotton T-shirts, piqué polos and light sweatshirts split by size, shift and reception role, with separate versions for sales and management.
Lanyards, shoppers, notebooks, pens and reusable bottles for fast distribution across the four days of the calendar.
Power banks, charging cables, USB hubs and desk accessories reserved for affiliate-manager and network-account conversations.
Premium notebooks, coordinated drinkware and compact cases grouped by recipient tier with named delivery.
Before production starts, confirm artwork, per-code and per-recipient quantities, packaging, the on-site receiver and the courier type. Venue delivery rules, dock access windows and the stand number should be checked against the current exhibitor manual. March traffic in Seville, with Semana Santa and regional long weekends approaching, heavily conditions loading windows and often makes a buffer in a Seville hotel or local office necessary alongside direct venue delivery - especially for shipments coming from Italy.
For Italian programmes crossing the border, deliveries leave the hub and reach destination in 24-48 hour windows via carriers familiar with the Italy-Spain motorway network (Milan-Barcelona-Seville leg). For shipments above 1,000 pieces we offer appointment delivery with phone pre-notice and, on request, on-site set-up by our staff at the stand. For clients subject to CSRD reporting (D.Lgs. 125/2024, transposing Directive (EU) 2022/2464) we provide a sustainability data sheet per PO with Scope 3 CO₂e estimates per GHG Protocol Corporate Value Chain, calculated on the hub-to-venue lane and the production districts involved.
The TES Seville programme brief kicks off by aligning the visual references of the client's affiliate programme, the iconic elements to bring into the stand merch, the items to be quoted and the per-recipient quantities (stand staff, sales, affiliate managers, qualified leads, network accounts, speakers). Corp-Merch.IT responds with a structured proposal within 48 business hours, complete with a physical sample for the most critical pieces (branded textiles, drinkware, premium items), technical sheets for serial items and a bill of materials with prices and MOQ by tier: starter (50-249 pieces per code), standard (250-999), enterprise (1,000-4,999), corporate (5,000+). For teams that also participate in other TES circuit dates we set up an annual supply contract with per-edition reviews and dedicated volume discounts across the calendar.
On the artwork side we receive the client's master files (AI, EPS, PDF/X-4, CMYK images at 300 dpi) and manage art adaptation for the different decoration methods: digital print on cotton and paper, embroidery on textiles, screen-printing on T-shirts and shoppers, pad printing on promotional items, laser engraving on metals and bamboo, hot stamping on small accessories. For graphics that require multiple versions (sales, lead, network, speaker) we manage versioning and intermediate approvals. Physical samples are produced and shipped to the client for approval by the fifth week of the brief; for printed small leather goods and premium objects timelines extend by 1-2 weeks depending on craftsmanship complexity.
Standard commercial terms are 30 days invoice date, 10% deposit on first order for new clients, and improved terms after the first 90 days of history. The invoice is issued in EUR with 22% IVA via SdI; for intra-EU buyers reverse charge is available with VIES VAT verification; for extra-EU markets we convert and settle in USD, GBP or CHF at the invoice-day exchange rate. For corporate orders above 5,000 pieces we propose staggered payment in two tranches (50% on confirmation, 50% on delivery) and a reorder plan for the following TES calendar dates.
Six to eight weeks is the safest window for printed textiles, branded drinkware and customised VIP kits. Shorter programs are possible only when stock, branding methods and venue access are all confirmed at brief stage.
Only when the client's operations office or the TES organisation has confirmed the time window, the dock access and the named consignee. For central Seville a carrier familiar with traffic restrictions in the event area is usually required.
Yes. Material can be packed and labelled as separate lots, one per recipient type (stand staff, sales, affiliate managers, qualified leads, network accounts, speakers, VIPs).

For affiliate programmes operating across Europe, the compliance profile of the merch is part of due diligence. We work with Italian and European producers operating under ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and SA8000 or equivalent for social responsibility, holding the main product certifications required by the segment: OEKO-TEX Standard 100 on skin-contact textiles (cotton for T-shirts and shoppers, polyester for sweatshirts), GOTS on organic cotton, GRS on recycled polyester, REACH (Reg. CE 1907/2006) with the SVHC declaration for chemicals, and RoHS 2011/65/EU compliance for electronic items (power banks, USB hubs, charging cables).
For leather articles and small leather goods (Tuscan production district of Scandicci) the producer issues leather traceability, tannery origin and REACH SVHC compliance. For promotional items in plastic, bamboo, metal and paper the producer keeps the material technical sheets and conformity declarations under EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation 2025/40 and the Italian D.Lgs. 152/2006 (Testo Unico Ambientale) on environmental compliance. On packaging, paper-product manufacturers (labels, boxes, shoppers) offer FSC or PEFC options and, on request, plastic-free solutions with vegetable-based inks.
For clients subject to CSRD reporting (D.Lgs. 125/2024, transposing Directive (EU) 2022/2464) we integrate into the PO a sustainability data sheet with Scope 3 CO₂e estimates per GHG Protocol Corporate Value Chain, broken down by material (cotton, recycled polyester, steel, aluminium, bamboo, paper), for the hub-to-venue lane and the named production districts. For affiliate programmes with internal ethical-compliance policies we can also issue a separate declaration attesting conformity of the merchandise to the client's guidelines on advertising, audience and regulated claims.
