The Festival delle Arti Popolari della Puglia circuit — a network of local festivals running across the municipalities of the region from spring to autumn, from Gargano to Salento through the Valle d’Itria, the Terra di Bari and the Murgia dei Trulli — runs every year hundreds of stops dedicated to popular music, pizzica, taranta, canto a tenore, Schiavona dance, confraternity processions, demonstrations of regional artisanship, regional product tastings, popular dance masterclasses, ethnomusicology encounters, and patron saint festivals that combine sacred and profane. The circuit brings to each stop thousands of visitors, popular music enthusiasts, Salento and Valle d’Itria tourists, regional artisan buyers, dance schools and popular culture press desks.
For folk groups staging pizzica, taranta, tambourine, canto a tenore and canto a braccio, pro loco coordinating the local editions of the circuit, the region’s ethnographic museums opening their spaces for demonstrations, pizzica and popular Salento dance schools running masterclasses, tradition confraternities accompanying processions and patron saint festivals, the territorial protection consortia of regional products, corporate circuit sponsors, tourism promotion platform partners, popular culture and regional traditions press desks, Corp-Merch.IT coordinates from its Milan operational hub a tailored programme that opens with intake of master artwork from the folk group, the pro loco, the ethnographic museum or the consortium, advances through adaptation to each decoration method (water-based screen printing on GOTS-certified organic cotton for piazza public shoppers, computerised embroidery for folk group and dance school uniforms, laser engraving on olive wood or Maniago steel for stop partner welcome bags, hot-foil stamping on FSC-certified paper for press kits and ethnographic museum booklets, UV printing on recycled PVC for staff badges and pro loco passes) and closes with the physical pre-production sample, AQL 2.5 quality control and delivery to the pro loco warehouse, the folk group’s booth, the ethnographic museum or the dance school’s consolidation warehouse.

Circuit calendar and Apulian stop logistics
The circuit calendar runs between spring and autumn, with the highest concentration in May, June, July, August, September and October, and the last-mile logistics towards the town squares and historic districts of the individual Apulian stops shapes the operational planning; the rotation between circuit stops requires a consolidation buffer at our Milan hub and, for larger runs of dance schools and folk groups, a nearby depot in the area of the square or the host municipality (Lecce, Bari, Brindisi, Taranto, Foggia, BAT, Valle d’Itria, Salento, Gargano). Summer motorway traffic on the A14 Adriatic and on the SS16 shapes deliveries, and alongside the spring public holidays (25 April, 1 May, 2 June) and the August Salento peak the rotation between stops can require reduced loading windows; we often combine venue delivery with a buffer at a nearby warehouse in the stop area, a rotation depot for the folk group and a second delivery to the performance booth inside the official build-up window, once the pro loco has confirmed the recipient, gate and pass. For programmes spanning multiple circuit stops we prepare separate packing lists per stop with on-site recipient labels and the calendar of the individual performances.
