Annual · Spring-summer jazz programme
For artist teams, Tuscan clubs, festival partners and corporate sponsors preparing the Firenze Jazz Festival programme across Florence's historic theatres, club venues, palace courtyards and university auditoriums: stage-crew apparel, audience giveaways, sponsor activation kits and partner hospitality landed at the venue hotels before each gig.
The Firenze Jazz Festival is the jazz-music programme that each year fills the city of Florence with concerts, jam sessions, workshops and meetings with Italian and international artists. The calendar moves across historic theatres, Tuscan-club venues, palace courtyards, university auditoriums and neighbourhood halls; the tone is that of a city-wide festival that runs through several districts rather than a single park, which is why artist teams, partner clubs and sponsors need a merch programme that travels with them from one venue to the next. For artist teams, Tuscan clubs and brand sponsors the audience is heterogeneous — residents, tourists, enthusiasts and international delegations — and any programme has to be split clearly between stage crew, audience giveaways and hospitality kits for guests.
For artist teams, Tuscan clubs and corporate sponsors, the merch cycle is coordinated through the artist's or the club's management lead and through the sponsor's institutional-relations office. Corp-Merch.IT runs the full production cycle from a Milan hub: brief collection, art adaptation, producer qualification on Tuscan supply chains (Scandicci leather, Maniago steel, Calenzano ceramics, Fabriano paper, and the apparel districts of Empoli and Bagno a Ripoli for small-batch fashion pieces), a physical pre-production sample with a Pantone colour map and a screen-print proof on certified fabric, and a structured proposal within 48 business hours of the kick-off. For programmes that mix tour crew, evening giveaways and artist hospitality, we split the kit into separately labelled lots per recipient, with separate delivery addresses if a Milan-based sponsor wants a share of the kit collected from its own office.
For sponsoring companies with VAT registration, the invoice goes out in EUR at the standard 22% IVA rate, with reduced 4%, 5% and 10% brackets applied where the product category allows (books and printed paper, in particular, fall under reduced rates). The invoice is routed through the Agenzia delle Entrate's Sistema di Interscambio (SdI) to the buyer's codice destinatario or PEC address. For international buyers inside the EU we operate the reverse charge under Article 196 of the VAT Directive; for buyers outside the EU we can issue invoices ex-VAT or with VAT refund support through the Italian VAT-refund portal.
T-shirts, polos and sweatshirts printed with the tour or club logo, divided by role between audio technicians, hospitality and front-of-house staff.
Tote bags, Calenzano ceramic mugs, coloured vinyl records, screen-printed shoppers and printed house programmes for distribution at the merch booths.
Branded notebooks, ballpoint pens, drinkware and small stationery reserved for sponsor lounges and reserved seats.
Premium notebook and pen sets, silk pocket squares, glass tasting cups and printed season programmes for partner dinners and after-hours.
Before production begins, artwork, per-evening quantities, packaging and the named on-site recipient must be locked. The exact venue finalises only against the current venue list close to the festival — historic theatres and central courtyards are public or capped-access spaces and cannot be used as parcel-reception addresses during showtime without prior notice from the venue management. Florence's ZTL (limited traffic zone) and night traffic restrictions condition courier access in the centro storico, and most teams combine a central hotel or sponsor office with a venue pickup on the afternoon of the gig. The artist's or the club's management lead coordinates the loading slot the day before the gig.
For a Florence programme routed from Milan, deliveries are consolidated at the hub and dispatched to the city with a 24–48 hour window via BRT, SDA, GLS or DHL Express, and on appointment for ZTL venues and theatre addresses. For programmes above 1,000 pieces we offer appointment delivery with phone pre-notice and, on request, on-site set-up at the venue by our staff. For clients subject to CSRD reporting (D.Lgs. 125/2024, transposing Directive (EU) 2022/2464) we attach a sustainability data sheet per PO with Scope 3 CO₂e estimates per GHG Protocol Corporate Value Chain on the Lombardy–Tuscany lane, including the Scandicci–Milan–Florence, Calenzano–Milan–Florence and Fabriano–Milan–Florence production routes.
All Italian B2B orders are invoiced in EUR at the standard 22% IVA rate (with reduced 4%, 5% and 10% rates where applicable by product category) and routed through the Agenzia delle Entrate's Sistema di Interscambio (SdI) to the buyer's codice destinatario or PEC address. Corp-Merch.IT is a registered Italian VAT operator, listed on VIES for intra-EU operations, and handles reverse charge, split payment and pubblica-amministrazione self-invoicing under current Italian rules.
The Firenze Jazz Festival programme brief opens with a dedicated kick-off where we collect the artist's or club's visual references, the iconography of the season, the items to be quoted and the quantities per recipient (stage crew, audience giveaways, sponsor VIPs, artist hospitality, partner dinners). Corp-Merch.IT responds with a structured proposal within 48 business hours, complete with a physical sample for the most critical pieces (printed T-shirts and shoppers, Calenzano ceramic mugs, screen-printed merchandise), technical sheets for serial items and a bill of materials with prices and MOQ by tier: starter (50–249 pieces per code), standard (250–999), enterprise (1,000–4,999), corporate (5,000+). For artists, clubs or sponsors that support the festival across multiple seasons or across the wider Tuscan jazz calendar, we set up an annual supply contract with per-edition reviews and dedicated volume discounts.
On the artwork side we receive the artist's or club's master files (AI, EPS, PDF/X-4, CMYK images at 300 dpi) and manage art adaptation for the different decoration methods: digital print on silk and cotton, screen-printing with water-based inks on apparel and shoppers, embroidery on textiles, hot stamping on leather, pad printing and laser engraving on metals for accessories, screen-printing on paper programmes and boxes. For graphics that require multiple versions (per-venue gigs, sponsor tiers, audience giveaways, artist hospitality) we manage versioning and intermediate approvals. Physical samples are produced and shipped for approval by the fifth week of the brief; for printed Como silk, Calenzano ceramics and custom small leather goods, timelines extend by one to two weeks depending on craftsmanship complexity.
Standard commercial terms are 30 days invoice date, a 10% deposit on first order for new clients, and improved terms after the first 90 days of history. The invoice is issued in EUR at 22% IVA (with the reduced 4%, 5% and 10% rates applied where the product category allows) and routed through SDI; we accept bank transfer, RIBA direct debit for Italian clients, and SEPA direct debit across the SEPA area. For international buyers inside the EU we operate the reverse charge under Article 196 of the VAT Directive; for buyers outside the EU we can issue invoices ex-VAT or with VAT refund support through the Italian VAT-refund portal.
Eight to ten weeks is the safest window for production in Italy and shipping to a Florence hotel or sponsor office. Six to seven weeks work when the product mix is simple and the artwork has been signed off. Shorter programmes are possible when stock, branding methods and venue access are all confirmed at the kick-off.
Not during showtime. Historic theatres and central courtyards are public or capped-access spaces and cannot be used as parcel-reception addresses without prior notice from the venue management. We deliver to a Florence hotel, sponsor office or production hub, with a courier slot agreed on the afternoon of the gig. The artist's or club's management lead coordinates the venue pickup on the night of the concert.
Yes. Stage crew, audience giveaways and artist hospitality can be packed and labelled as separate lots, with different delivery addresses if needed. We keep a per-recipient packing list so the sponsor can distribute by gig on the night of the concert.
No. Corp-Merch.IT is an independent external B2B supplier that helps artist teams, Tuscan clubs and corporate sponsors prepare their own materials around the season. It does not organise, sponsor or represent the Firenze Jazz Festival, the Comune di Firenze or the participating clubs and theatres.
For artist teams, Tuscan clubs and corporate sponsors presenting a Firenze Jazz Festival merch programme, coherence between visual identity and raw materials is integral to the offering. We work with Italian producers operating under ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and SA8000 or equivalent for social responsibility, and holding the main product certifications required by the segment: OEKO-TEX Standard 100 on skin-contact textiles (cotton for T-shirts and shoppers, Como silk for pocket squares), GOTS on organic cotton, GRS on recycled polyester, FSC on paper and packaging (programmes, labels, boxes), EU Ecolabel on a range of textile and stationery items.
For Calenzano ceramics the producer keeps the Italian origin certificate and can attach a conformity declaration under the Italian Cultural Heritage and Landscape Code (D.Lgs. 42/2004) for any object that incorporates protected iconography. For small leather goods from Scandicci workshops the producer can issue leather traceability, tannery origin (Italian / European / extra-EU), and REACH compliance (Reg. CE 1907/2006) with an updated SVHC declaration. On the packaging side, paper-product manufacturers offer FSC or PEFC options and, on request, plastic-free with vegetable-based inks.
For clients subject to CSRD reporting (D.Lgs. 125/2024) we integrate into the PO a sustainability data sheet with Scope 3 CO₂e estimate per GHG Protocol Corporate Value Chain, broken down by material (cotton, silk, leather, ceramic, paper) and by logistics lane (Scandicci–Milan–Florence, Calenzano–Milan–Florence, Fabriano–Milan–Florence, Maniago–Milan–Florence), plus ESRS E1 (Climate Change), E5 (Resource Use) and S2 (Workers in the Value Chain) references for the client's sustainability balance sheet. On request we also include packaging-waste reporting submitted to CONAI for post-consumer material traceability.
