Stand-team apparel
Branded organic-cotton T-shirts, piqué polos and light sweatshirts split by size, shift and reception role, with separate versions for sales and management.
Scheduled
For exhibitors, sponsors and delegations that need branded apparel, stand giveaways, qualified-lead gifts and VIP kits delivered on their stand at ExCeL London on 7-8 July 2027, with post-Brexit customs logistics run from Italy and coordinated delivery to a London hotel or straight to the venue.
iGB L!VE London gathers the iGaming industry at ExCeL London in early July 2027, and every year operators and affiliate programmes with EMEA bases travel to London. Merch is usually produced by an Italian production office or a pan-European partner and then routed either to a London hotel or directly to ExCeL London once the loading window and the receiving contact are confirmed. Locking artwork, sizes and the stand recipient before production kicks off is what prevents last-minute surprises.
For a post-Brexit UK event we usually propose a London hotel near the Dock or the client's local office as the primary delivery point, and a second direct delivery to ExCeL London on the official build-up slot after the organiser has confirmed dock access and the named recipient. B2B goods between Italy and the UK now require full customs documentation (GB EORI, commercial invoice, packing list, origin declaration where applicable); for clients subject to CSRD reporting (D.Lgs. 125/2024, transposing Directive (EU) 2022/2464) we attach a Scope 3 CO₂e sheet per PO per GHG Protocol.
Corp-Merch.IT works the London stop like it works every other iGB date: production run from the Italian hub, deliveries consolidated in 24-48 hour windows to the United Kingdom with customs clearance at destination or in transit via BRT, SDA, GLS, DHL Express or UPS, and full documentation (packing list, EUR invoice, origin declaration, EUR.1 certificate where applicable for intra-EU flows, GB EORI number for the UK importer). For Italian clients with a VAT registration the invoice is issued through the Italian Revenue Agency's Sistema di Interscambio (SdI) with 22% IVA applied in EUR; reverse charge applies for intra-EU buyers (verified via VIES), split payment for public entities, and Codice Destinatario or PEC for electronic delivery. International clients can settle in USD, GBP or CHF at the invoice-day exchange rate.
Branded organic-cotton T-shirts, piqué polos and light sweatshirts split by size, shift and reception role, with separate versions for sales and management.
Lanyards, shoppers, notebooks, pens and reusable bottles for fast distribution across the two days of the stop.
Power banks, charging cables, USB hubs and desk accessories reserved for qualified conversations and program closes.
Premium notebooks, coordinated drinkware and compact cases grouped by recipient tier.
Before production starts, confirm artwork, per-code and per-recipient quantities, packaging, the on-site receiver and the courier type. Dock access windows, loading slots and ExCeL London stand numbers must be checked against the current exhibitor manual - the venue should never be treated as an open parcel-reception address. Many exhibitors arriving from Italy or southern Europe split the delivery between ExCeL London and a London hotel as a fallback for late items or top-ups.
For Italian programmes shipping to the United Kingdom, deliveries leave the hub and reach destination in 24-48 hour windows with customs clearance included, via carriers familiar with the Italy-UK customs corridor that can handle GB EORI and origin declarations. For shipments above 1,000 pieces we offer appointment delivery with phone pre-notice and, on request, on-site set-up by our staff at the stand. For clients that also attend ICE Barcelona or other iGB calendar dates we propose a unified delivery calendar covering the full EMEA run.
The iGB L!VE London programme brief kicks off by aligning the visual references of the client's affiliate programme, the iconic elements to bring into the stand merch, the items to be quoted and the per-recipient quantities (stand staff, sales, affiliate managers, qualified leads, network accounts, speakers). Corp-Merch.IT responds with a structured proposal within 48 business hours, complete with a physical sample for the most critical pieces (branded textiles, drinkware, premium items), technical sheets for serial items and a bill of materials with prices and MOQ by tier: starter (50-249 pieces per code), standard (250-999), enterprise (1,000-4,999), corporate (5,000+). For teams that also participate in other iGB circuit dates we set up an annual supply contract with per-edition reviews and dedicated volume discounts across the calendar.
On the artwork side we receive the client's master files (AI, EPS, PDF/X-4, CMYK images at 300 dpi) and manage art adaptation for the different decoration methods: digital print on cotton and paper, embroidery on textiles, screen-printing on T-shirts and shoppers, pad printing on promotional items, laser engraving on metals and bamboo, hot stamping on small accessories. For graphics that require multiple versions (sales, lead, network, speaker) we manage versioning and intermediate approvals. Physical samples are produced and shipped to the client for approval by the fifth week of the brief; for printed small leather goods and premium objects timelines extend by 1-2 weeks depending on craftsmanship complexity.
Standard commercial terms are 30 days invoice date, 10% deposit on first order for new clients, and improved terms after the first 90 days of history. The invoice is issued in EUR with 22% IVA via SdI; for intra-EU buyers reverse charge is available with VIES VAT verification; for extra-EU markets we convert and settle in USD, GBP or CHF at the invoice-day exchange rate. For corporate orders above 5,000 pieces we propose staggered payment in two tranches (50% on confirmation, 50% on delivery) and a reorder plan for the following iGB calendar dates.
Six to eight weeks is the safest window for printed textiles, branded drinkware and customised VIP kits. Shorter programs are possible only when stock, branding methods and venue access are all confirmed at brief stage.
Only when the client's operations office or the iGB L!VE organisation has confirmed the time window, the dock access and the named consignee. For the Royal Victoria Dock a carrier familiar with heavy-vehicle access rules is usually required.
Yes. Material can be packed and labelled as separate lots, one per recipient type (stand staff, sales, affiliate managers, qualified leads, network accounts, speakers, VIPs).

For affiliate programmes operating across Europe, the compliance profile of the merch is part of due diligence. We work with Italian and European producers operating under ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and SA8000 or equivalent for social responsibility, holding the main product certifications required by the segment: OEKO-TEX Standard 100 on skin-contact textiles (cotton for T-shirts and shoppers, polyester for sweatshirts), GOTS on organic cotton, GRS on recycled polyester, REACH (Reg. CE 1907/2006) with the SVHC declaration for chemicals, and RoHS 2011/65/EU compliance for electronic items (power banks, USB hubs, charging cables).
For leather articles and small leather goods (Tuscan production district of Scandicci) the producer issues leather traceability, tannery origin and REACH SVHC compliance. For promotional items in plastic, bamboo, metal and paper the producer keeps the material technical sheets and conformity declarations under EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation 2025/40 and the Italian D.Lgs. 152/2006 (Testo Unico Ambientale) on environmental compliance. On packaging, paper-product manufacturers (labels, boxes, shoppers) offer FSC or PEFC options and, on request, plastic-free solutions with vegetable-based inks.
For clients subject to CSRD reporting (D.Lgs. 125/2024, transposing Directive (EU) 2022/2464) we integrate into the PO a sustainability data sheet with Scope 3 CO₂e estimates per GHG Protocol Corporate Value Chain, broken down by material (cotton, recycled polyester, steel, aluminium, bamboo, paper), for the hub-to-venue lane and the named production districts. For affiliate programmes with internal ethical-compliance or responsible-gambling policies we can also issue a separate declaration attesting conformity of the merchandise to the client's guidelines on advertising, audience and regulated claims.
