Scheduled
For Italian and international furniture, lighting and product-design brands exhibiting at Milan Design Week and Salone del Mobile in April 2026 that need limited-edition objects, branded shoppers, staff apparel and buyer kits — on venue from the first day of the calendar.
Milan Design Week is the design week that every April turns the city upside down. Salone del Mobile.Milano at Fiera Milano Rho is the B2B core, organised by FederlegnoArredo Eventi and dedicated to furniture, lighting, contract and home accessories; the Fuorisalone extends the calendar across the city with installations in the Brera, Isola, Tortona, 5Vie and Porta Venezia districts, where brands and studios present new collections in galleries, showrooms and repurposed spaces. In a single week Milan hosts architects, interior designers, retailers, specialist press and international buyers from Europe, the Middle East, North America and Asia.
From the Milan hub, Corp-Merch.IT coordinates the full programme for brands showing at Milan Design Week: pre-production art adaptation, district-level producer selection (Murano for artistic glass, Faenza for ceramics, Maniago for blades, Como for textiles, Scandicci for leather goods and small leather accessories, Vigevano and Riviera del Brenta for office footwear), a physical pre-production sample and a 48-hour response window from brief to structured proposal. Skin-contact products are sourced from producers with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and REACH SVHC certifications, with an AQL 2.5 quality standard on pre-series production. For brands with Italian VAT registration the invoice goes out via the Sistema di Interscambio (SdI) with 22% IVA applied in EUR; reverse charge for intra-EU buyers, split payment for public entities and Codice Destinatario / PEC for electronic delivery.
Milan Design Week falls every year in the same week as Vinitaly in Verona: heavy traffic on the A4 Milan–Venice and the A1 Milan–Bologna corridors, concurrent Fuorisalone activity in ZTL Area C, and tight build-up calendars for brands with multiple venues. Deliveries to Fiera Milano Rho need to be cross-checked against the dock-in calendar issued by the venue; deliveries to the city districts need logistics partners familiar with ZTL gates and gallery loading windows. Most brands consolidate at the Milan hub and then run multi-stop city delivery, separating the Salone allocation from the Fuorisalone allocation.
Branded T-shirts, sweatshirts, shirts and aprons for build-up and host teams in a palette aligned with the brand identity.
Organic-cotton or FSC-certified paper shoppers, Como silk foulards, branded small leather accessories handed to buyers.
Mini-editions in Murano glass, Faenza ceramics or Trentino wood, numbered and paired with a scene certificate, reserved for qualified visitors.
Premium gift boxes, special editions and dedicated shoppers for buyers and press, segmented by recipient and by appointment.
Confirm artwork, quantities, packaging and the named on-site recipient before production begins. Stand number, hall and dock-in slot must be checked against the current exhibitor manual issued by FederlegnoArredo Eventi and the Fiera Milano Rho dock-in calendar. The Rho complex is organised across several vehicular entrances subject to dock passes during build-up, so dock windows need to be cross-checked with the courier's pass. For Fuorisalone venues (Brera, Tortona, Isola, 5Vie, Porta Venezia) ZTL Area C rules and gallery-specific loading windows apply.
For an Italian programme routed through Milan, shipments are consolidated at the hub and dispatched by BRT, SDA, GLS or DHL Express Italy with 24-hour windows to the city and surrounding CAP codes, and on appointment for ZTL Area C venues and direct deliveries to Fiera Milano Rho. For programmes above 1,000 pieces we offer appointment delivery with phone pre-notice and, on request, on-site set-up by our staff. For clients subject to CSRD reporting (D.Lgs. 125/2024) we provide a sustainability data sheet per PO with Scope 3 CO₂e estimates per GHG Protocol on the Milan–Rho lane and from the named districts.
The Milan Design Week programme brief opens with a dedicated kick-off where we collect the brand's visual references, the iconic elements of the collection to be translated into merch, the items to be quoted and the quantities per recipient (build-up staff, Salone hostess, Fuorisalone gallery assistants, buyers, specialist press, architects and interior designers). Corp-Merch.IT responds with a structured proposal within 48 business hours, complete with a physical sample for the most critical pieces (Murano glass, Faenza ceramics, small leather goods), technical sheets for serial items and a bill of materials with prices and MOQ by tier: starter (50-249 pieces per code), standard (250-999), enterprise (1,000-4,999), corporate (5,000+). For annual programmes (Salone + Fuorisalone) we set up a supply contract with per-edition reviews and dedicated volume discounts.
On the artwork side we receive the client's master files (AI, EPS, PDF/X-4, CMYK images at 300 dpi) and manage art adaptation for the different decoration methods: UV digital print on glass and ceramics, laser engraving on steel and wood, hot stamping on leather, screen printing and embroidery on cotton and textiles, blind embossing on paper, laser marking on metals and wood for limited editions. For graphics that require multiple versions (Salone Rho, Brera, Tortona, Isola, 5Vie, Porta Venezia) we manage versioning and intermediate approvals. Physical samples are produced and shipped to the client for approval by the fifth week of the brief; for Murano artistic glass and numbered ceramics timelines extend by 1-2 weeks depending on craftsmanship complexity.
Standard commercial terms are 30 days invoice date, 10% deposit on first order for new clients, and improved terms after the first 90 days of history. The invoice is issued in EUR with 22% IVA via SdI; for international buyers conversion and settlement in USD, GBP or CHF is available at the invoice-day exchange rate, alongside support for intra-EU reverse charge and split payment for public entities. Corp-Merch.IT is an Italian VAT operator registered on VIES for intra-Community transactions and carries product liability insurance and transport coverage on all lots dispatched from the Milan hub.
Eight to ten weeks is the safest window for custom artistic glass, numbered ceramics and branded small leather goods. Shorter programmes are possible only after stock, branding methods and venue access are all confirmed.
Only when the organisation has confirmed the dock window, hall or gallery access and named consignee. For Fuorisalone venues a courier familiar with ZTL Area C gates is usually required.
Yes. Material can be packed and labelled as separate allocations — one for the Salone in Rho and one per Fuorisalone venue — tied to each appointment on the calendar.

For brands presenting limited editions during Milan Design Week and Fuorisalone, coherence between concept, material and finishing is integral to the editorial project. We work with Italian producers operating under ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and, where relevant, with the CE marking for products that require it (kitchen blades, some home accessories). On the materials side the main districts serve the following certifications: Murano for artistic glass with origin declaration and batch traceability; Faenza for ceramics with MOCA conformity (Reg. CE 1935/2004) for food-contact items; Maniago for blades with certified steel and, on request, raw-material origin documentation.
For textiles (Como) and small leather goods (Scandicci), OEKO-TEX Standard 100 operates on skin-contact products, GOTS on organic cotton, GRS on recycled polyester, FSC on paper and packaging, EU Ecolabel on a range of items. Producers issue an updated REACH declaration (Reg. CE 1907/2006) on substances of very high concern (SVHC) and conformity with Reg. CE 1907/2006 Annex XVII on restricted chemicals. On numbered limited editions, the producer provides a scene certificate with progressive number, artist and execution technique, also useful for the event catalogue and the brand's post-show social communication.
For clients subject to CSRD reporting (D.Lgs. 125/2024, transposing Directive (EU) 2022/2464) we integrate into the PO a sustainability data sheet with Scope 3 CO₂e estimate per GHG Protocol Corporate Value Chain, broken down by material (glass, ceramics, steel, cotton, leather) and by logistics lane (Murano–Milan, Faenza–Milan, Maniago–Milan), plus ESRS E1 (Climate Change), E5 (Resource Use) and S2 (Workers in the Value Chain) references for the client's sustainability balance sheet. On request we also include packaging-waste reporting submitted to CONAI for post-consumer material traceability. For extra-EU shipments we operate as AEOF and prepare CMR, packing lists and origin declarations. All invoices are issued in EUR with 22% IVA via SdI and can be settled in USD, CHF or GBP for international buyers.
