Booth and venue staff apparel
Branded T-shirts, sweatshirts, office-style shirts and aprons for backstage crews, in a palette aligned with the maison's identity.
Scheduled
For Italian maisons and international brands showing collections at Milan Fashion Week in February 2026 that need staff apparel, branded shoppers, backstage gifts and kits for buyers and press — on venue from the first day of the calendar.
Milan Fashion Week is the official runway and presentation calendar organised by the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, gathering Italian maisons and a selection of international brands across two annual appointments: womenswear in late February/early March, menswear in June and January. Runways are staged in iconic city locations (Palazzo Reale, Triennale, Villa Necchi Campiglio, Fondazione Prada, HangarBicocca) and in some repurposed industrial spaces, with a packed calendar of press appointments, showroom presentations and buyer meetings.
From the Milan hub, Corp-Merch.IT coordinates the full programme for maisons and brands showing at Milan Fashion Week: pre-production art adaptation, district-level producer selection (Como for silk and textiles, Maniago for blades, Faenza for ceramics, Murano for glass, Scandicci for leather goods and small leather accessories, Vigevano and Riviera del Brenta for service footwear), a physical pre-production sample and a 48-hour response window from brief to structured proposal. Skin-contact products are sourced from producers with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and REACH SVHC certifications, with an AQL 2.5 quality standard on pre-series production. For brands with Italian VAT registration the invoice goes out via the Sistema di Interscambio (SdI) with 22% IVA applied in EUR; reverse charge for intra-EU buyers, split payment for public entities and Codice Destinatario / PEC for electronic delivery.
Milan Fashion Week lands in the middle of the international fashion calendar and concentrates international buyers, journalists and influencers in the city. Venues are often in the historic centre or in restricted traffic zones (ZTL Area B and Area C of Milan), so deliveries need to be planned with logistics partners who know the gates and the historic-palace loading windows. For brands producing in Lombardy or Veneto, the Milan hub allows lot consolidation and express city delivery, including multi-stop routing for different recipients (showroom, hotel, runway hangar).
Branded T-shirts, sweatshirts, office-style shirts and aprons for backstage crews, in a palette aligned with the maison's identity.
Organic-cotton or FSC-certified paper shoppers, Como silk foulards, branded socks and small leather accessories handed to buyers.
Grooming boxes, personalised artisan objects and special editions for models and hairstylists — delivered by name after each show.
Limited editions, premium gift boxes and dedicated shoppers for front rows, buyers and press, segmented by recipient.
Confirm artwork, quantities, packaging and the named on-site recipient before production begins. Delivery address, recipient, time window and phone contact need to be cross-checked against the latest calendar produced by the maison's production office or by the organisation of each runway: Milan Fashion Week is not a single venue and each show has its own build-up calendar. For venues in the historic centre (Palazzo Reale, Triennale, Brera) ZTL Area C restrictions and tight morning loading windows apply, so morning or post-20:00 deliveries are usually safer. For hangars and temporary fair spaces (HangarBicocca, Superstudio, several pop-up fair venues) specific dock-in rules apply.
For an Italian programme routed through Milan, deliveries are consolidated at the hub and dispatched by BRT, SDA, GLS or DHL Express Italy with 24-hour windows to the city and surrounding CAP codes, and on appointment for ZTL Area C venues. For programmes above 1,000 pieces we offer appointment delivery with phone pre-notice and, on request, on-site set-up by our staff. For clients subject to CSRD reporting (D.Lgs. 125/2024) we provide a sustainability data sheet per PO with Scope 3 CO₂e estimates per GHG Protocol on the Milan hub lane and from the named districts.
The Milan Fashion Week programme brief opens with a dedicated kick-off where we collect the maison's visual references, the iconic elements of the collection to be translated into merch, the items to be quoted and the quantities per recipient (showroom staff, hostesses, models, hairstylists, buyers, front-row press). Corp-Merch.IT responds with a structured proposal within 48 business hours, complete with a physical sample for the most critical pieces (Como silk foulards, small leather goods, limited editions), technical sheets for serial items and a bill of materials with prices and MOQ by tier: starter (50-249 pieces per code), standard (250-999), enterprise (1,000-4,999), corporate (5,000+). For annual programmes (multiple runway shows per year) we set up a supply contract with per-collection reviews and dedicated volume discounts.
On the artwork side we receive the maison's master files (AI, EPS, PDF/X-4, CMYK images at 300 dpi) and manage art adaptation for the different decoration methods: digital print on silk and cotton, embroidery on textiles, hot stamping on leather, pad printing and laser engraving on metals for accessories, blind embossing on paper for labels. For graphics that require multiple versions (front row, backstage, buyer, press, influencer) we manage versioning and intermediate approvals. Physical samples are produced and shipped to the maison for approval by the fifth week of the brief; for printed Como silk and custom small leather goods timelines extend by 1-2 weeks depending on craftsmanship complexity.
Standard commercial terms are 30 days invoice date, 10% deposit on first order for new clients, and improved terms after the first 90 days of history. The invoice is issued in EUR with 22% IVA via SdI; for international buyers conversion and settlement in USD, GBP or CHF is available at the invoice-day exchange rate, alongside support for intra-EU reverse charge and split payment for public entities. Corp-Merch.IT is an Italian VAT operator registered on VIES for intra-Community transactions and carries product liability insurance and transport coverage on all lots dispatched from the Milan hub.
Eight to ten weeks is the safest window for printed silk, custom small leather goods and limited-edition objects. Shorter programmes are possible only after stock, branding methods and venue access are all confirmed.
Only when the maison's production office or the show organisation has confirmed the time window, loading access and named consignee. For city-centre venues a courier familiar with ZTL Area C gates is usually required.

For maisons operating on Milan Fashion Week, coherence between visual identity and raw materials is integral to the presentation. We work with Italian producers operating under ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and SA8000 or equivalent for social responsibility, and holding the main product certifications required by fashion buyers: OEKO-TEX Standard 100 on skin-contact textiles (cotton for T-shirts and organic shoppers, Como silk for foulards, cotton for socks), GOTS on organic cotton, GRS on recycled polyester, FSC on paper and packaging (product labels, paper shoppers), EU Ecolabel on a range of textile and stationery items.
For small leather goods (Scandicci) the producer can issue leather traceability, tannery origin (Italian/European/extra-EU), and REACH compliance (Reg. CE 1907/2006) with an updated SVHC declaration on substances of very high concern, plus compliance with Reg. CE 1907/2006 Annex XVII on restricted chemicals. For Como silk, the producer keeps the Italian origin certificate and can attach, on request, a conformity declaration under Reg. UE 1007/2011 on textile fibre designations. On the packaging side, paper-product manufacturers (labels, boxes, shoppers) offer FSC or PEFC options and, on request, plastic-free with vegetable-based inks.
For clients subject to CSRD reporting (D.Lgs. 125/2024, transposing Directive (EU) 2022/2464) we integrate into the PO a sustainability data sheet with Scope 3 CO₂e estimate per GHG Protocol Corporate Value Chain, broken down by material (cotton, silk, leather, polyester, paper) and by logistics lane (Como–Milan, Maniago–Milan, Scandicci–Milan), plus ESRS E1 (Climate Change), E5 (Resource Use) and S2 (Workers in the Value Chain) references for the client's sustainability balance sheet. On request we also include packaging-waste reporting submitted to CONAI for post-consumer material traceability. For extra-EU shipments we operate as AEOF and prepare CMR, packing lists and origin declarations. All invoices are issued in EUR with 22% IVA via SdI and can be settled in USD, CHF or GBP for international buyers.
